General Pricing

While every mortgage is case by case, in general, our mortgage pricing ranges for first mortgages starting from Prime + 2% and up. Generally, lower pricing is available for high-end residential properties, income-generating commercial properties, or lower LTV, whereas pricing modifiers are applied to specialty lands, including but not limited to predevelopment land transactions, properties in transition, specialty properties, or higher LTV. Similarly, our second mortgages typically start at Prime + 5% and have pricing modifiers similar to our first mortgages.
